[Known] Game crashing as soon as my terrain finishes loading.

Title: Game crashing as soon as my terrain finishes loading.
Reproduction Rate: 3 Times in a row (100% rate as of now)

Blocker? Yes

Details:
- Game is constantly crashing as soon as i log in to my lot (marked bellow) and it "finishes" loading (it have SEVERAL decorations and actually it is a 2-lot combination)

Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in your client exatcly at the spot marked bellow.
- Wait a few seconds (20-30).
- Will appear an external dialog box.

- And i got a Discord opened (mentioning cause of the new integration)
