[Known] Gathering Water animation out of sync

    When gathering water from a fountain many times the animation of filling the bucket isn't happening. The character is actually just holding the bucket next to his side while the 'action circle' is filling up. And then many other times the character completes the filling and stands back up with bucket next to side as the 'action circle' is still finishing up.
