[Known] Getting temporarily stuck in Solania stairs

    Title: Getting temporarily stuck in Solania stirs
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    At this location in Solania - you get stuck momentarily when going up the stairs.

    You can jump, or go sideways until you find another spot, etc. - but when you go up the stairs, you get momentarily stopped more often than not.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go to the bottom of the stairs at this location
    2) Go up the stairs at a run
    3) Observe that you get stuck halfway up the stairs.
