[Known] Glancing blow masterwork not applying to paper doll stat.

    When I cast glancing blow, I only show in increase of 20 on my paper doll but the buff icon tooltip says 24.+.
    Make some heavy boots or pants with glancing blow masterwork and check the paper doll.
