    Details: Grannus Colossus moved but skull marker is still in original spot

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Location: Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (-78.5, 16.6, 363.4) DBG: Tm92aWF8fCgtNzguNDY1LCAxNi42NDEsIDM2My4zNil8KDAsIC0wLjk1NSwgMCwgLTAuMjk2KXw1MjIuMDkxNHwzLjE0OTA0N3wyMA==

    b. Observe: Skulls are still by the mountain, colossus is more by the water.


    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 522.
