Title: Hair also gone once hat is removed!

Details:
- When I logged in my mage, I noted that I could not see the character's dreads underneath his mage hat.
- So I took his hat off and saw that he was, indeed, now bald:



- I logged out and back in - still bald.
- So then I decided to check my other character who has dreads:



- So, finally, I thought I should try a character who did *not* have dreads:



Whew! At least Raven hasn't lost her hair!

Steps to Reproduce:
- I don't know if this is specific to dreads or not, but perhaps so?

Same here for my online character. So I tried to create an offline character with dreads. The option of dreads is in the list but it seems the implementation of this hair style is empty
