[Known] Harvested node shows title as "Bag" in window

    Title: Harvested node shows as "Bag" in window
    Reproduction Rate: 50%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    Occasionally - the title in the harvested node window shows as "Bag", rather than the expected "Iron Vein", "Cotton Plant", "Maple Tree", etc.

    Have not noticed a pattern as to which nodes will do this.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Harvest nodes
    2) Observe the title - it occasionally shows "Bag" instead of the expected node type

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3930K CPU @ 3.20GHz (12) System RAM: 32686
