[Known] Healing Burst does not show in combat log

    Reproduction Rate: Healing Burst does not show in combat log
    Blocker?
    Details: Healing burst does not show in my combat log. Typically I get Wandering Poet heals for X or something for my other heals.
    Steps to Reproduce: Set up a window showing all combat logs, cast heal on low hp player.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 8.1 (6.3.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor (6) System RAM: 16381
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 GPU RAM: 1958
