[Known]heals on utility bar?

heals dont seem to be usable on the utility bar any more!? is this expected?
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6820HK CPU @ 2.70GHz (8) System RAM: 32645

I thought it was only Resurrection you could use from the utility bar in combat? Or do you mean when not in combat? (My heals are available out of combat)

 

I used to heal myself out of combat from the utility bar - now I cant.. see..

 

OK, mine are working but I've not been in any combat yet. Perhaps this is to do with the new global cooldown somehow.

 

I logged out and shut sota down, logged back in, zoned into a zone, and .. I still cant use my heals

Mine doesn't either. Not just Healing though, also Strength of Earth, Air's Embrace, Enlightenment, Light, Summon Air Elemental. All of which are part of my standard utility bar for non-combat use.

OK weird thing is, if I create a combat bar with those skills on, then they are usable from the utility bar when out of combat and some of them during combat.

 

Must be intermittent. I have no problem casting my heals or buffs out of combat from my Utility Bar.

 

It does seem very weird. I can't make those three skills work from my utility bar for nothing. Having logged. zoned. Etc

I wondering if it's something about our gear?

 

Hmm I do not have any equipment linked to the deck but I can check tonight when I am home.

 

Utility bars don't have equipment I was thinking more that maybe it's related to what we are wearing or holding. That certain spells don't work

First, everyone check to see please they are on 503 or later. Please include build #s in your posts (thank you to those that did!)
It's working for me on 503: I can still put buffs like int, strength, and dex as well as heals on my utility bar.

If it is still happening:
I'm curious to know who has what checked when it comes to:
'show utility hotbar in combat'
'show utility hotbar out of combat' and
'show combat hotbar out of combat'

 

Hey @Lexie 503 wasnt up for about an hour or more after your post.. but .. i patched

same deal

if I log into another toon i get different skills that dont work.. such as ray worked, but touch wouldnt.

heres a 503 video of me showing it works in combat, my settings, and even reputting the skills on my utility bar

 

Same problem here - healing touch is still grayed out in the utility bar

 

for what it's worth, i also encountered this issue last night with Shield of Crystal on R41 prod, though it resolved itself about an hour later (no relog, no deaths), and i'm not sure why.

 

Thanks for all the reports! I was able to track down the cause of this issue and we will be working on a fix!

 

Same issue here.... Seems to be that if you are using an unlocked deck, and your healing spells are included in the equipped deck and unlocked your peace bar will not allow you to caste any spells unlocked in your current deck....

you can test this by adding all your peaceful glyphs to a deck that is unlocked then equip it... your entire peace bar will grey be unailable..

 

odd I have heals on all my decks and my heals work fine

@Merrik have you absorbed ALL available glyphs for that skill through in your deck?
