    This is a multiplicative vs additive issue and is one that is subject to review as two parts of the game do not agree with how it's being done. I personally think it should be catered toward the "we hate you less" side of things and loosen up on the rule... but hey, feel free to read on and decide for yourself.

    This skill is calculated off the base strength and not encumbrance capacity thus it is broken. This needs to be successively clear and should be applied as follows:

    Stat (including stat buffs) -> Skill -> Gear -> Buff (all encumbrance buffs... that help with weight and not attack power so they're only there to help you carry stuff ... thus not breaking balance at all by fixing this... #PleadsCaseDirectlyToHaveThisFixed )

    Say encumbrance is like 4:1 STR and you have 50 STR ... so 200 Encumbrance capacity should pseudocode like this IMO... str to encumbrance with all plus stat from gear and buffs applied to encumbrance then all skills that increase encumbrance applied first to create a new value... enhance that by gear that applies increase... take that new number and enhance it by :
    200 + 68.8% + 300% + 50%
    200 = 337.6 = 1012.8 = 1519.2

    Currently it works something like this:
    200 + ( 68.8% + 50%) + 300%
    200 = 437.6 = 1312.8

    So... we are losing out on almost 200 lbs of carry capacity!!! IT'S HORRIBLE!!!

    If you change the belt of ox it will end up to be something like this:
    200 + ( 68.8% + 50% + 300%)
    200 = 1037.6

    That would cause us to lose out on an additional ~300 lbs and everyone will cry... including me... Essentially, this very small and overlooked code change devalues both the skill and the potion because the multiplicative deficit they create within each other as they are not applied in succession correctly. This has caused many people to think the Obsidian Potion of Capacity is broken... which is slightly true. It isn't broken; however, it is not stacking correctly. The label is completely misleading as it isn't increasing the encumbrance capacity by 50%... it simply increases the STR:Encumbrance base capacity by 50% (which no one can know or find because reasons).

    It's not exactly feedback because it is a bug... but I know this bug report comes with a lot of feedback... feel free to move it or change it how you see fit... thanks!
