[Known] heraldry cloak not showing logo at first

    Title: heraldry cloak not showing logo at first
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: after login the heraldry shows up as a white block. after zone change it is ok. level of video does not look to make a difference.
    Steps to Reproduce: login with heraldry cloak on
