    Details: All NPC's in Highvale Outkskirts have partial HP's, even when they spawn.

    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8086

    Area Display Name: Highvale Outskirts
    Loc: (-64.1, 22.2, -113.4)

    We're working on a fix for this that should be universal for all NPCs with hit point issues at the moment. It may not be in the next QA build in time, but it is on the way :)
