    Title: Highvale Outskirts: Daddy's Girl Repeat Quest

    Details: If the Avatar finds the note from Hyla's dad before talking to her, they can turn it in for the reward, and THEN still pick up the quest, which puts an entry in the journal that cannot be cleared.
