    Details: have completed the main line, gotten the banner, but still have "courage and honor" and "sever the bonds part 1" tasks

    If possible Esmeralda's dialogue with regard to Cpt Burnes should also change if he resigned. Otherwise it doesn't make any sense, anymore.
