    Title: Home Merchants Don’t Have Basements for Sale

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No

    Details: Basements are not on the list of items that Home Merchants will sell you.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Go to Area: Owl's Head (OwlsHead) Loc: (67.2, 91.1, 247.5) DBG: T3dsc0hlYWR8fCg2Ny4yMjYsIDkxLjEzMiwgMjQ3LjQ2KXwoMCwgMC45OTIsIDAsIC0wLjEyOCl8LTg3Mi42ODE4fDMuODM0MzIzfDIuOTYwNjYz

    b. Talk to Housing Merchant

    c. Observe: No basements on list

    d. Note: This issue was reported last Dev+ cycle, but there doesn’t seem to be a reason why players shouldn’t be able to have basements.

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 522.
