[Known] House number placement

Details: I have a "Stucco Four-Story w/ Left Alcove (Row)" House. There is a small flat stone piece just above the outside door. It would be a perfect spot to place a number, but placing the number there and it goes behind the stone. Is there any way to make it so the number can be placed on the surface of the stone?
Steps to Reproduce: Try to place a number on that stone above the door.

Also can't place a glass chandelier on the first floor ceiling.
