Title: Housing Containers - "You Cannot Leave Items Here" with Inventory List Mode Disabled

Details: With inventory list mode disabled, if you attempt to drag an item from your inventory into a chest or container you have access to leave items in *on top of another item*, you will get a "You Cannot Leave Items Here" pop-up. This is despite the fact that you have indeed left the item where you dropped it. This does not occur if your mouse is not on top of the icon for another item (i.e., blank space in a container). This becomes a problem when you have a crowded container you wanted to dump stuff into.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure Inventory List Mode is disabled
2. Enter a house with a container you have access to leave items in
3. Make sure there is at least one item in the container
4. Attempt to drag an item from your inventory on top of the icon for the item already in the container
