[Known]Ice Field animation disappears well over 20 seconds before the spell ends, worse when stacked

    Title: Ice Field *animation* disappears well over 20 seconds before the spell ends, worse when stacked
    Reproduction Rate: 5/5 100% and 5/5 100% at 5 stacks
    Blocker? no
    Details:The Ice field animation doesnt last as long as the spell and can be missleading
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. unlock Ice Field
    2. cast Ice Field and observe animation and buff icon duration tool-tip
    3. stack Ice Field to 5 stacks and observe animation and buff icon duration tool-tip
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz (4) System RAM: 8055
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M GPU RAM: 2019
