[Known]Ignite weapon disables attack speed buffs

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Partial
    Details:
    Whun using Flurry to boost attack speed, the presence of the ignite weapon buff will negate it.
    No penalty is listed in the ignite weapon tool tip.
    No speed debuff is seen if using ignite weapon by itself.
    Version:
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Attack target
    cast ignite weapon
    cast flurry
    This can be done in either order.

    User Specs:
    Win 8.1
    i7-4820k
    32 gb RAM (4 x8GB)
    Nvidia GeForce GTX 770
    10.18.13.6510

    Was the removal of per hit damage and the DOT application becoming intermittant (not 100% of hits apply DOT) a deliberate change?

    Just curious what the intended function is for this spell going forward. For both mechanical and RP reasons this was a part of several decks of mine and the changes with this spell are all over the place.
