    Title: Immolate VFX looks wrong
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: The flame effect for Immolate is not showing correctly. It's those broken vertical lines again. Happened last release. THis is also happening to Death Shield too. Probably same issue.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Immolate, look at VFX.

    ring of Flames has the same issue, not surprising wince it's likely using the same particle effects to cause the flames.
