    Details: Ring of Fire and Fire Arrow burns reaper DOT, Immolation does not.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Immolation, sit next to or on top of Reaper.

    Verified but RoF also did not hurt the reaper from my end.

    We have a bug open for this: #58065 - odd resistances are going on.
    Not a good bug at all :(
    Immolation against a wide variety of mobs seems to be one of the biggest reports we have, but it isn't exclusive to this type of NPC or spell.
