[Known] Incorrect count of available ingredients for Masterworking

    Title: Incorrect count of available ingredients for Masterworking
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    The count of acceptable Equipables for use in the Masterworking recipe does not exclude items with low durability (30 or less) that cannot be Masterworked

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Have at least 2 weapons in your inventory, one of which needs to have 30 or less maximum durability
    2. Find Masterworking recipe in list of recipes
    3. Observe the count of Crafted Blacksmithing Equipable--it is not excluding the low durability item
