[Known] Interface - display resolution selection issue

    Title: Interface - display resolution selection issue

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? No

    Details: When selecting resolutions not able to see all the option to select them

    Steps to Reproduce: go into video options and resolution display display off the screen, would not be to much of an issue but with dual screen that are running at different resolutions it does not detect the correct size

    User Specs: Windows 10 Fall creator update, CPU AMD 6300 FX, Nvidia GTX 970
