[Known] Interrupting NPC Mages doesn't acctually interrupt them...

    1. Title: See above
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No.
    4. Details: Even though you can visually stun NPC mages they still are able to cast.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Find an NPC mage. Wait for it to begin casting. Interrupt it (I use Air spells). Watch it assume the 'stunned' animation. Scream as it's Fireball ignites your face anyway...
    6. User Specs: Slightly charred.
