[Known] Invisible wall in my garden (again)

    Title: Invisible wall in my garden (again)

    Details: Seems to be a regression, previously reported here and fixed. This is in exactly the same place.
    Steps to Reproduce: I have been playing around with the Property Manager putting different houses on my lot. When I restored the original house the invisible blocking column has returned.

    Yes, this bug did come back briefly but was fixed in the 529. Hopefully it won't ever come back, but I won't ever swear on it ;)
