[Known] Juxtapose not gaining xp while locked on combat bar

    1. Juxtapose will not gain xp while locked on combat bar.
    2. 100%
    3.no
    4. ive been trying to level up juxtapose with no success. as soon as i unlocked it it gained xp normally.
    5. lock juxtapose on hotbar, combine with other skill....and get no xp! (make sure skill is turned on)
    6. PC operating winds 7, 64 bit OS, latest game version installed
