[Known] Kelly Hayward's Memories deco placement issue

    1. Title: Kelly Hayward's Memories deco placement issue
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: Dagger can not be placed on walls. you can use R to switch between laying down and upright but when put against a wall it lays down and will not allow you to place.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: try placing dagger on the wall.
