    Details: Floor lamp is floating in air.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Go to Area: Kingsport Sewers (Sewer 01) Loc: (46.3, 15.0, -87.1) DBG: U2V3ZXIgMDF8fCg0Ni4yNzMsIDE0Ljk5OCwgLTg3LjA4Mil8KDAsIDAuNzg5LCAwLCAwLjYxNCl8MTI0LjU3MDZ8MTYuMjk4NTZ8MS4zNjQ3NQ==

    b. Observe: Floating Lamp (actually, several are slightly above the floor in this area, this one is quite above…)

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 522.
