[Known] Knockdown skill tool tips doesnt show knockdown chance or duration anymore

    Title: Knockdown skill tool tips doesnt show knockdown chance or duration anymore

    Details: The tooltip for knockdown used to show the %chance to knockdown (and maybe the duration of the knockdown?) It doesn't show either of these now. This was useful information to know when deciding whether or not to level the skill.
