[Known] K'rawl needs more ankhs!

    Details: K'rawl, or at least the part of it where you come in from Hallowed Plains, seems to be really sparse on the ankh locations. In particular, the noted location is a large pit where the only way out is up a ladder, but ghosts can't use ladders! Not only that, but it is likely that you were killed by the fall if you weren't already a ghost. This place really needs a review of where its ankhs are.
