[Known] Launcher delete all sota file and restart full download if crashed

    On my second computer I had the build 601 and when I started SOTA laucher started downloading the build 602.
    During the download I turned off the monitor.
    After 10 minutes I turned on the monitor to check the status but the laucher was crashed for size resolution.
    I restarted the laucher but started downloading the full version of build 602 because it had deleted all the war files.
