[Known]Level number elements from skill panel bleed through Journal

    1. Title: Level number elements from skill panel bleed through Journal
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Negative
    4. Details: The rectangular backgrounds (shaders?) of level numbers in the skill window are having an effect on the journal, causing text to disappear (or mask out, leaving blank journal background).
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Open skill window, Open Journal, Drag journal to overlap skill window. To really see this, drag the journal around over the skill window (motion helps).
    6. User Specs:
      Windows 7 64-bit
      12gb RAM
      i7 4790
      GTX980
