[Known]Light on/off causes arms out fighter plane...? LOL

    1. Title: Light off/on = fighter plane...?
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details:
    When I turn a light off and then immediately on again and then stand there for a second... I stick both arms straight out and start making noises like I am pretending to be a fighter plane flying around. I can then run around with both arms out pretending to fly... Its pretty freaking funny but probably not intended
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Turn a light out and then immediately on. I am in Nesoskia. Works in my house and with lights just around town.
