[Known] Light spell cats... no light!?

    Title: ni light
    Reproduction Rate: sometimes it happens?
    Blocker?
    Details: casting the light spell and the light over head does not appear... so everything is still dark
    Steps to Reproduce: cast light every so often you will not get light
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16343
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8119
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.620.Date.06.30.17

    Had this happen in both Owl's Head and West Ravenswood.
    Sometimes works, sometimes does not.

    same issue
    after first cast the timer in the icon below Avatarname starts but no globe appears

    mostly casting it twice helps (but double XP-cost...)

    I've had the light spell NOT produce light ( I'm GM in Light, btw) on more than one occasion, but the 2nd attempt immediately after works fine.
    The most recent was while in Deep Ravenswood, as shown below.
    I will pay attention and see if it happens elsewhere.......

    Same here. Also if you are on the overland, the light will go out as you approach DR. I lose the light constantly and have to recast many times before the timer times out.

    Same bug for me. Sometimes light casts and then will turn off before the timer expires.
