[Known] (Linux) Ghost movement in citys

    Title: Ghost movement in Citys
    Reproduction Rate: Run around in a City (Tested in Resolute and Westend)
    Blocker?
    Details: When you move around in a City you lose control over your Avatar for a short time and the "Ghost movement" happens.
    Possible related to Decoration Loading from Player Houses, because the bug was not present in Adventure Scenes. tested in Elysium Mines and Highvale.
    Steps to Reproduce: Run around in a City (Tested in Resolute and Westend)

    Yes, it looks like yall have helped us realize that it is tied to performance! Thanks for the reports! It seems to affect all Linux users, but only if the framerate goes below 30-40 FPS. Then, the lower the framerate, the worse the input issue is.
