[Known]Load of Opalis Vault Hangs at 94% (Equipping Avatars)

    1. Title: Load of Opalis Vault Hangs at 94% (Equipping Avatars)
    2. Reproduction Rate:2 for 2
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: I tried to enter the Opalis Vault twice from the entrance point in Opalis Ruins. The location of which is below. The program hung at 94% load both times. Windows Task Manager still showed activity, it just never got past that point. I waited several minutes both times. In fact, I've been typing this entry during occurrence number two. Ending the SotA task in Task Manager will kill the game.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to enter Opalis Vault.
    6. User Specs: SotA Build 522QA.

    Thank you all for reporting. Avoid Opalis Vault for the moment. Reproduced internally. Looks like a significant number of navmesh errors and exceptions occurring. Submitting for a fix ASAP. Bug id: 48511
