[Known]Loading Screen Tips not visible at certain resolutions

    Title: Loading Screen Tips not visible at certain resolutions
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The Loading Screen Tips are not visible at all (as are the top and bottom of the image), probably because of my screen resolution of 3440x1377
    Steps to Reproduce: leave/enter any area.
    User Specs: PC running Windows 10 OS. Game version Win.64.519
