    Title: Loading Screen Tips
    Reproduction Rate: Any time that hint pops up.
    Blocker? No
    Details: There is a loading screen tip that says "You can see all items stored in the bank at any bank location, but you can only withdraw the items stored at your current location". Given the recent global bank changes, this could use an update.
    Steps to Reproduce: Load the game enough times to get that particular tip to randomly pop up.
