[Known] Loading Screen Turns Yellow.

Title: Loading Screen Turns Yellow.

Details: Went to Jade Valley POT from a basement in a house. Screen starts out as normal colors then changes to yellow.
Loading screen gets to 50% then turns yellow. It doesn't happen when I enter the basement but only when I exit basement to go into POT.
Recalling to my home from Novia to Jade Valley caused the screen to turn yellow.

Make sure you have updated your video driver if you haven't yet. We're seeing some new issues internally that pop up under this release that are fixed by updating drivers; it's the only reason why I mention it
And if it fixes for you please let me know.

I thought for sure it was going to be a driver issue since I don't remember updating the driver in some time but I just attempted to and it said it was up to date, which surprises me haha.
