Title: Locked out of mouse controls while in NPC conversations
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? Prevents using mouse to choose keyword selections, and forces individual to use ESC key to end and restart conversation.
Details: Every time I start a conversation with an NPC while I have a window such as the inventory or friends list open the mouse locks and I cannot unlock using the tab key and must exit the NPC conversation close my addition windows and restart the conversation.

Yes that sounds like the same bug. I also have discovered the bug will be activated if I open another window such as inventory, friends list, etc and close the window the mouse again locks in-place. using the ESC key and restarting conversations with NPC quest givers has become very problematic. sometime when I start the conversation keywords no longer give the same response as before and information is lost.... I posted this bug under blocker as I did not see any like it and to me this bug is a blocker, it makes questing very difficult when information is lost or keywords no longer initiate trade of quest items, etc.
