[Known] Locked skill continue charging with click

    Title: Locked skill while standing and moving
    Reproduction Rate:100%

    Details:When standing and clicking a skill more than a second then releasing, the skill continue to charge itself. When pressing a keyboard button it doesnt act like that. Its confusing.
