Details:

After exiting combat mode you cannot cast from the adventurer bar with the mouse or with the keyboard (icons greyed out).

Changing focus windows (inventory/chat window/escape menu/etc.) does not return casting ability.

Oddly enough, entering decorating mode by manipulating a decoration will reset this bug allowing you to cast again.


Edit - I tested this in a POT where I was the owner, I did not have time to test in an adventure scene as I was logging off.

I couldnt use dec mode to get my non combat bar to work as there are no decorations to move
