[Known]Lost all items I was wearing / holding

1. Title: Lost all items I was wearing / holding
2. Reproduction Rate: Seems to be permeant / I have tried to logout/login again
3. Blocker? Yes, unable to play now I have lost all my gear!
4. Details: Logged in after 622 release to find myself nude, with no staff. All my stats dropped. Unable to see any of my equipment in my backpack. I did login while in the middle of the Blood River Outskirts which may be related to this bug?
5. Steps to Reproduce: Just login after 622 installed.
6. User Specs: 32Gb, GeForce GTX970, Win10-64, i5-6600@3.30Ghz

 

I just logged in as well... all inventory slots empty... only thing showing is bugged Virtue Cloak. No stats from gear, unable to play needless to say. Zoned out of Spectral Mine and still no gear. Saw other people with gear, guessing maybe it's Virtue Cloak?

*** Update: Logged out and back in -> No change ***

** Guildy suggested switching decks and that worked! Gear came back but still bugged/non-moving Virtue Cloak on top but at least playable again. **

 

I have the same problem as above.
I was logged out for a bit, came back, allowed the patch and logged in. Came on just wearing my cloak. All stats lowered, all gear gone.
Tried logging and re-logging, tried friends, and multi player. Nothing works. I cannot play without my hard earned stats and gear. And yes this is very repeatable.

 

Did you guys check your local bank? Often if something goes missing, once you log out and back in you will find it in a bank.

 

Tried to remove my virtue cloak but cannot. It is not showing in my inventory.

 

Switch Decks & the gear comes back... Shout out to Echondas for this suggestion. Virtue Cloak still bugged over top which doesn't move but all gear comes back.

 

Yes and all of my other storage containers as well. Nothing in the bank or the other containers.
And how the hell do I upload a picture on this crazy forum??

ll of a sudden my boots and gauntlets showed up

 

I tried the switch decks trick and this did not work. I have raised a ticket Case #100848 as requested.
I also notice I am wearing a bugged out cloak that does not show in my character sheet - it just seems to float when I run about.

Edit: I just noticed I sent my original email from my secondary account, so re-sent it from the account I registered the game with just in case you need proof who I am. Thanks.

I switched decks and that seems to work. The cloak is still buggy though.

 

Same problem in Critical Issues.

 

A secondary issue also, some of my equipped tools are missing from my backpack view.

@psteg @Demonixiv @Arcadeguy It looks like we have a fix for this. We don't think items were lost, but they're just not visually showing up. Your items should visually return with the fix.

 

Are you talking about a real fix? Or the work around switch your deck switch?

 

We believe this issue was tied to changes that broke the Virtue Cloak. Many players logging in with the virtue cloak in 622 may see their equipment fail to load in due to equipment errors produced. Our tech team investigated the issue and confirmed that the next patch (which we're building right now) will include a fix that will resolve this for you.

 

It will be a real fix.
