[Known] Magic Effects are showing through stealth

    1. Title: Magic Effects are showing through stealth
    2. Reproduction Rate: 90%
    3. Blocker? Yes for PVP
    4. Details: Magic effects like healing Grace and Death shield are still animating on the player while stealthed makeing them a moving ball of green light. or moving sphere's .... Really breaks PVP for stealthers
    5. Steps to Reproduce: self explainitory

    I see this also: Strength of Earth animation can be seen during stealth (although for some reason it only shows on the right arm)
