[Known] Mailboxes not working in POT bank

    1. Title: Mailboxes not working in POT bank
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No.
    4. Details: In two different towns, people have bought stuff off my vendors. I see the little message envelope that says I have mail and to go to a town to get my mail. I can get mail at NPC towns but now our POT (Rift's End). The mailbox isn't clickable.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Get people to buy your stuff; go to POT bank and try to click the mailbox.
    6. User Specs: PC Windows 7 Pro 64 bit AMD Radeon R9 200 w/4gb

    @Lexie Note that they work for POT owners and stewards. I was able to get the same mailbox in Rift's End working (steward).
