[Known] Mannequin Item Permissions cannot be changed via right-click

    Title: Simple Mannequin Item Permissions cannot be changed
    Reproduction Rate:100

    Details:When placed on your lot mannequins, male or female, pick up the default lot permissions, they then cannot be changed as they have no right-click context menu to bring up item permissions.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place mannequin on lot, attempt to right click to edit permissions different from lot, no right-click menu appears.
