    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. craft piece of armor
    2. masterwork damage avoidance
    3. mouse over armor and notice difference
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.456.Date.02.13.17
