[Known] Masterwork Glancing Blow Power and Duration not adding correct values

Title: MW Glancing Blow Power and Duration on leg and boot armor is not raising the avoidance rate

Details: If you add the Glancing Blow MW on leg or boot armor you become only the time bonus but the avoidance is not shown in the paperdoll. The tooltips in the heavy armor tree and the small buff icon under you name show the right values but they are not added to the paperdoll.
I crafted 2 sets with the same values in basic avoidance but 1 set has the MW on legs and boots.
The set without the MW provides 24 avoidance and if i use the Glancing Blow skill its raised to 46 avoidance for 55 seconds. The tooltips in the Heavy Armor tree and the buff Icon say: +22 avoidance for 55 seconds, so thats correct.
The set with MW provides also 24 avoidance and if i use the Glancing Blow skill its raised to 46 avoidance but for 1:07 minutes. The tooltips in the Heavy Armor tree and the buff icon say: +27 avoidance for 1:07 Minutes, so the added time bonus is correct but the 5 avoidance are not added to the paperdoll.
