Title: Mastery skill toggle problems

Details: When you put 2 skill masteries on maintain and then switch to learn, the second one automatically switches to unlearn.

Steps to Reproduce: Set 2 skill masteries to maintain. Then toggle on to learn. The other one should automatically switch to unlearn.

Title: Specialization skill switches to unlearn instead of maintain.

Details: Oh, i see what is happening now, i'll try to be a bit more detailed this time.

- I learned 2 masteries from the trainers, ranged specialization and air magic specialization.
- Trained up the ranged specialization to 80 first.
- Then started training the second one and noticed that my ranged specialization switched to unlearn as i lost a few skill levels when i was training air magic specialization.
- Toggles aren't always switching the wrong way it seems ( see below for details)

Put both toggles of the 2 specialization skills you are training on maintain. (orange arrow) Then toggle one of the 2 to learn. (yellow arrow) You'll immediately see the toggle of the other skill switch to unlearn (red arrow) instead of maintain. (orange arrow)

It works correctly if you switch when you have one toggle on learn (yellow arrow) and one on maintain (orange arrow).

Yeah, the system work here isn't done yet. I would expect some unusual behavior here until the functionality of two specialization systems has been checked in. Right now, it doesn't look ready

Doesn't seem like it. I'll have to pay attention to it when it goes live. You may want to issue a warning about this if it doesn't get fixed before next release though. I can already see the rage posts when people start losing their xp without them noticing.
