[Known]Meteor Shower not working on some creatures.

    Here's 2 minutes and 44 seconds of me casting Meteor shower at an elder wolf in Deep Ravenswood without doing any damage to him. I was able to kill the sheep in Owl's Head, but not these guys. Never even saw it show the DoT on the UI. I did manage to heal it for 71 points of health (a nice crit heal) somehow, you can see about 11 seconds in. Area: Deep Ravenswood (HiddenVale_Forest02_Tier5) Loc: (-174.6, 30.7, -16.5)

    i get the same thing with meteor shower.. Seems to not be hitting things at all or if it does its uncommon to even rare.. 490 is the build
